On December 9, 2020 the Malibu City Council passed an urgency ordinance and resolution on cell antennas. It took effect immediately. The purpose was to stop the uncontrolled proliferation of cell antennas. The City is also working on a more complete and permanent ordinance for this purpose. It will probably be on the agenda of the Council’s January, 2021 meeting.
