At the September 26, 2018 meeting of the Elk Grove City Council the Council decided to hold a community workshop on cell antenna policy.
Staff told the Council it had not consulted with an expert in the field.
The Council directed the staff to hire a consultant to advise it at the community workshop.
Somebody who was “neutral”, “unbiased”, and “an expert in the field.”
